Are there parties other than the at-fault driver against whom I can take legal action in a Florida auto accident case?

In a Florida auto-accident case, if there’s an at fault party, another driver who causes an accident, they are responsible. Additionally, if that person happens to be in the course and scope of employment, their employer would also be responsible for their negligent action. If there is an owner, if the driver did not own the vehicle and it was owned by someone else, that other person would also be responsible. It’s very important when you’re thinking about bringing an action against another driver that you check all available people who may be responsible.
